Esta é uma jornada profunda e uma oportunidade para te conectares contigo mesmo através da dança intuitiva e da pintura.

Vamos criar uma experiência de 4 horas inspirada nos quatro elementos (ar, água, fogo e terra), criando um ambiente de conexão com a natureza e respeito por todos os processos criativos individuais.
Durante o programa, teremos 4 atos com apresentações e orientações da Barbara Veiga e música ao vivo com o Sambê.

Permite-te explorar possibilidades no espaço criativo! Não precisas de ser um artista profissional para participar desta imersão. Vais ser incentivado a dançar e a pintar da maneira que te sentires.

O que esperar:

• Momentos de meditação, expressão artística completa e espírito livre.
• Explorar movimento. Explorar criatividade. Explorar emoções.
• Haverá pequenas pausas silenciosas entre os 4 elementos.
• Círculo de partilha e petiscos vegetarianos.

Recomendamos:
Estar descalço. Traz a tua garrafa de água e uma máscara para os olhos.

Quem está na Soul Echoes Immersion?
Barbara Veiga (Anfitriã): A Barbara desenvolve imersões artísticas para inspirar o público a explorar o respeito e a beleza da natureza através da dança e da pintura. Os seus talentos como performer e artista visual trazem inspiração que vem de experiências vívidas no ambiente natural, desde a floresta amazónica até à Antártida. Sambê (Atuação de música ao vivo): A música do Sambê é um ponto de encontro entre o passado e o futuro. É cheia de cores e acentos do mundo, rodeada por uma atmosfera tropical e cosmopolita. Membro da academia de música latina, indicado para um Grammy, já realizou e dirigiu projetos musicais para cinema, TV, teatro e dança. @sambeoficial

Welcome to the Soul Echoes Immersion!

This is a profound journey and opportunity to connect with yourself through intuitive dance and painting.

We will create an experience of 4 hours inspired by the four elements (air, water, fire and earth) creating an ambience of connection with nature and respect for all of the individual creative processes.
During the program there will be 4 acts with performances and guidance by Barbara Veiga and the live music of Sambê.

Allow yourself to explore possibilities in the creative space!

You don’t have to be a professional artist to be part of this immersion.
You will be encouraged to dance and paint the way you feel.

What to expect:

• Moments of meditation, full artistic expression and free spirit
• Explore movement. Explore creativity. Explore emotions.
• There will be short silent breaks between the 4 elements.
• Sharing circle & vegetarian treats .

We recommend:
Being shoeless. Bring your water bottle and eye mask .

Who is in the Soul Echoes Immersion?
Barbara Veiga (Host): Barbara develops artistic immersions to inspire the audience exploring the respect and beauty of nature through dance and painting. Her talents as performer and visual artist brings inspiration that comes from vivid experiences in the natural environment from the Amazon forest to Antarctica. Sambê (Live music Act): Sambê’s music is a meeting place between the past and the future. It is full of colors and accents from the world, surrounded by a tropical and cosmopolitan atmosphere. A member of the Latin music academy, nominated for a Grammy, he has performed and directed musical projects for film, TV, theater and dance. @sambeoficial

We will hold this Soul Echoes Immersion edition in the beautiful Biovilla dome.
