Reconnect Retreat II – with Sofia and Lumi

The arrival of the autumn season brings an energy that invites us to turn inwards and slow down.
Just like in nature the old leaves fall off, this is a time to cleanse and release, nurture our energy and welcome the changes that may come.
It’s an opportunity to dive into our deepest waters and reconnect to our 𝘱𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦, 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘶𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘤.

𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙍𝙚𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 is an invitation to let go of the old and embrace the new, encouraging deeper 𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 to support 𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘺 while experiencing a 𝘳𝘦𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘺𝘭𝘦.

During these three days, we will dive into the relationship between 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 and how to find more 𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 between them through meditation, physical yoga, breathing techniques among other tools that can help you achieve a state of 𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘦.

We will also ignite the flame of our 𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 to support healthy habits and welcome 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘺 in our daily life through affirmations, self-investigation, journaling, deep relaxation and sound journeys.
